We are seeking an established and experienced Architect with a strong background in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years of post-Part III experience in architectural practice, with a proven background in high-end residential architecture. Strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Excellent communication skills are key, as is proficiency in AutoCAD. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential projects would be highly beneficial. Experience in project management and team coordination is a plus.

Key Responsibilities could include:

Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects.

Collaborate with contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.

Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Produce high-quality architectural drawings and presentations.
