A rare opportunity has arisen to become the PA to the renowned Director of an exciting Design Firm for at least one month (with the option to extend much further beyond, too).

Wonderfully broad by nature, in this role you will serve as the trusted right hand to the director and become responsible for a broad scope across the practice – as a flavour: liaising with external stakeholders of national significance, gatekeeping and managing upwards, complex diary management including international travel arrangements, and much more!

The ideal candidate will have experience holistically supporting C-suite executives within the built environment (architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction) and be educated to A-Level standard or similar.

Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe CS, and a fast typing speed, are highly desirable.
