Immediately Available Bid Coordinator/Manager for Internationally-Renowned Architecture Practice

A highly-motivated and process-led Bid Coordinator/Manager is urgently needed to join the driven team of an established architecture practice in central London. This is an initial Temporary position for a period of 8 weeks, with a strong possibility of a long term/permanent position thereafter.

In this role you will oversee a range of Marketing and New Business activities, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of bid submissions and have a meticulous, team-driven work ethic. To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate previous bid coordination experience and hold advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign). A passion for Architecture and the Built Environment is essential, and a background in the industry is highly beneficial.

With exceptionally high standards of copywriting, proofreading and organisation, you will become an instrumental part of a design-led team and make an impactful contribution to the company’s continual growth.
