A lively and energetic Architecture practice is searching for an exceptional Bid Manager to lead the production of stylistic bid submissions. The Bid Manager role is a key function with the practice’s highly successful and dynamic Communications team and will involve regular liaison, although the Bid Manager will operate autonomously. Taking an interactive and collaborative approach, the successful candidate will coordinate both with internal team members, as well as external third parties, and must possess excellent communication skills to process key information. Equally practical and creative, you will demonstrate a flair for layout, typography and imagery to best assimilate technical data in a persuasive style and compile tailored documents to their full potential. Experience of leading bids, PQQs, ITTs, RFPs and competition submissions within an Architecture or Engineering company is essential, as well as the ability to be forward-thinking, analyse trends and devise new processes to stay at the forefront of submissions in the Architecture industry.

We are searching for a knowledgeable, IT-savvy Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an Architectural or Design industry. Outstanding skills in MS Office, InDesign and Photoshop are crucial, with an understanding of Illustrator highly desirable.
