Studio Manager, £45K - £50K p.a. Permanent, Full-time, Central London

Studio Manager needed for Award-Winning Architecture Practice

An award-winning and rapidly growing architecture practice is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Studio Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.

As the Studio Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the team can focus on designing exceptional spaces. You’ll be the central point of contact for the studio and will work closely with the directors, design teams, and external partners to coordinate projects, manage office systems, and streamline processes. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Studio Manager or Operations role within a creative or design-focused environment. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational and time-management skills and be proactive, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure, a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities could include:

Overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organisation.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Manage office resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables with teams and clients.

Assist with document preparation, project coordination, and presentation materials.

Organise studio events, team-building activities, and client-facing presentations.

Provide general administrative support, ensuring studio and project logistics run efficiently.

If you are looking to work in a fast-growing, award-winning architecture practice where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. The role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, alongside the opportunity to grow and shape the future of the studio.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
