Talented Project Administrator - InDesign and Team Coordinator for Stirling Prize-shortlisted Architects

Join a fun, award-winning Architecture firm as a Project Administrator to coordinate multi-faceted support to design teams. This highly respected studio holds many industry accolades for their socially conscious, sustainability-led approach across projects in a range of sectors. We are searching for a process-driven Administrator / Coordinator to assist project teams with a variety of administration, processes and operations and maintain rigorous compliance to Quality Management protocols. 

Coordinating with a friendly, hard-working group of Project Support and PAs, the Project Administrator will oversee: 

  • Using InDesign to create presentations and reports within branding guidelines and to an exemplary standard
  • Maintaining project contacts, calendars and document libraries
  • Managing diaries for project teams and senior management
  • Using EDMS and external extranet sites to coordinate the flow of documents, drawings and specifications between internal teams and clients
  • Multiple work streams, project support to different jobs and varying deadlines with an effective, positive and unflappable outlook (able to work productively under time pressures)
  • Booking travel, meetings, equipment and catering as required for project teams
  • Providing additional Studio Management support

If you are a sociable, meticulous individual with a fabulous work ethic and hold experience in a similar role for the Architecture, Engineering or wider Built Environment industries, we would like to hear from you today for an ASAP start. Solid proficiency in InDesign is essential, you must possess a sharp eye – visual presentation and layouts. A working knowledge of Document Control systems is highly advantageous, but training can be provided.
