Tamsyn is architecturally trained and worked for Future Systems until 2000. Tamsyn has gained extensive experience, recruiting for the world’s most respected architectural and interior design studios. Tamsyn has been inextricably linked to the built environment as a whole, both in the UK and abroad, for the last 21 years. Tamsyn set up Place to offer a more personal and consultative recruitment service and to make the most of her wealth of industry knowledge.

Rachael Broadbent Phillips Director

Rachael studied Architecture in London and Sheffield, qualifying as an Architect in 2011; Rachael has over 6 years of industry experience, working for leading award-winning design firms, such as Karakusevic Carson, Metropolitan Workshop and HÛT Architects. Rachael’s experience has furnished her with excellent knowledge of the architecture and design industry. Rachael became a Director of Place in 2015.
