A multidisciplinary design consultancy delivering high‑end housing, and complex mixed-use developments across Malta and the wider EMEA region is seeking a Design Coordinator to join its established team. The role is based in Malta, with hybrid working and with project‑related travel.

You will support Architecture and Interior Design project leads by coordinating design deliverables, documentation and submissions, helping to maintain programme momentum, quality and clarity across disciplines. Responsibilities include managing drawing registers, document control and action logs, assisting with design reviews, and coordinating inputs between internal teams and external consultants to minimise rework and misalignment.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a design coordination role within architecture or interior design, strong organisational and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with design documentation workflows and Microsoft Office is essential, with knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit being an advantage. The role offers exposure to complex, high‑quality projects within a collaborative and ambitious working environment.
