This role is ideal for a creative design leader who thrives in front‑end design, excels in client‑facing environments, and can confidently guide the vision of luxury residential projects.

You will act as the creative lead, presenting and shaping design concepts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every project meets the highest design standards. You will also manage and inspire junior team members, supporting a collaborative and motivated studio culture.
