A highly respected and well-established architectural studio based in North London is seeking a client-facing Project Architect to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced architect to play an integral role within a collaborative and design-driven environment. You will lead and deliver luxury residential projects with budgets ranging from £5 million to £30 million, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution. The role requires strong client engagement skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years post-Part II experience, preferably ARB registered, with a proven track record in high-end or prime residential projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong technical knowledge and the ability to oversee design and delivery stages.
