An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Bids & Commercial Manager to join the London studio of a globally recognised architecture and interiors practice.

Renowned for delivering innovative, design-led projects across a diverse international portfolio, the practice offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity and commercial excellence go hand in hand.

Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by preparing compelling fee proposals, commercial submissions and bid documentation for both existing and prospective clients.

You will be responsible for coordinating project budgets, reviewing commercial information, and ensuring all submissions are produced to the highest standard.

As the ideal candidate you will have several years’ experience preparing fee proposals, bids, project budgets or similar commercial documentation within architecture, design, construction or professional services.

Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail are essential, alongside proficiency in InDesign.
