Bids Coordinator
A leading architecture practice is seeking an experienced and proactive Bids Coordinator to join its growing London team. This pivotal role will play a key part in securing new business opportunities, coordinating high-quality bid submissions, and supporting the studio’s wider communications. It’s an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a design-led environment while working closely with senior staff and project teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in bids coordination within the architecture or built environment sector, combined with excellent communication, organisational and graphic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare bid and tender submissions from start to finish.
Research, write, edit and collate tailored content, including case studies and CVs.
Collaborate with Directors, partners and project teams to gather material.
Ensure all submissions are timely, compliant and aligned with brand standards.
Support marketing, awards, presentations and wider communications activity.
Maintain the bids library, bid tracker and central database of materials.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years’ experience in bids coordination within architecture or professional services.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with strong layout skills.
Well-organised, self-motivated and confident managing multiple priorities.
