Bids & Studio Coordinator - Award-Winning Architecture Practice

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a warm, organised, and proactive Team Administrator to join a highly regarded architecture practice with a diverse and collaborative team of 60+ people. In this role, you’ll provide vital day-to-day support to both the Studio Manager and Bids Manager, playing a central part in keeping a busy and dynamic studio running smoothly. This is a varied and engaging position that offers real breadth, genuine longevity, and the chance to become a valued and embedded member of a practice that truly looks after its people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Studio Manager and Bids Manager across a range of day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of bid documents and supporting materials.
  • Help manage diaries, communications, and internal processes to keep the studio running efficiently.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the practice, acting as a reliable and personable point of contact.
  • Support with general studio operations, contributing wherever needed to maintain a well-organised and productive working environment.

About You

  • A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks confidently.
  • Warm, personable, and a genuine team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is a bonus, though not essential as full training can be provided.
  • A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Someone looking to settle into a role, grow with a practice, and make it their own over the long term.

This is a rare chance to join a studio that is as passionate about its people as it is about its work.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable, and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
