Bright & Ambitious Practice Administrator wanted for Acclaimed Architecture Studio (South West London)

An acclaimed architecture studio, known for its impressive portfolio of high-profile projects, is seeking a bright and ambitious Practice Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the very heart of the practice, working closely with directors and project architects to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in representing the studio’s professional, welcoming, and creative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact: answering calls, managing enquiries, and welcoming clients and visitors.

Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are always presentable, well-stocked, and ready to receive guests.

Supporting the team with general administration: managing post, emails, filing, printing, document control, and expenses.

Coordinating team travel, accommodation, CPD sessions, and training courses.

Ordering office supplies and arranging office maintenance.

Assisting with IT support (in liaison with external providers).

Helping to maintain the practice website and social media platforms.

Organising internal socials and assisting with external client events.

Skills & experience required:

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

Confident, professional, and approachable communication style (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, supporting colleagues across the practice.

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar creative software.

Experience using document management systems (Blueroom or similar).

Knowledge of WordPress or other website CMS platforms.

Experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter).

Event organisation experience.

A driving licence (for occasional tasks such as managing pool cars).
