If you are an all-round, ARB registered Architect who is in search of a role which enables you to work from home 3 days per week, this could be the role for you. You will be based from the office/on site and will be confident working across all stages, especially with the site stages for small-medium sized projects in the £1-3M region. A broad spread of sector experience would be beneficial, including but not limited to high end residential, education, leisure and mixed-use projects. Confidence with the JCT contract suite is required, along with AutoCAD skills, and intermediate REVIT knowledge is desired.
