If you are a Senior ARB registered Architect keen to explore the Coast of Southern Spain, this Managerial opportunity could be what you’re searching for. You’ll be based in an idyllic part of the world and will be managing a team of junior Architects, working at RIBA stage 3-4 on a multi-unit Housing development. You will need to be technically strong, as you’ll be marking up packages for construction. Ideally you will have previous experience of managing junior Architects and Assistants.  Knowledge of UK building regulations is essential for this role.
