A high net worth owner of a design studio is looking for an EA to provide comprehensive support to both them and their family. This is a rare opportunity for a highly articulate culturally aware and exceptionally organised professional to take on a key role within an internationally respected design practice. Working in a fast paced environment you will act as a trusted partner to the owner ensuring that professional and personal matters run smoothly across multiple global projects and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Provide forward thinking diary and inbox management balancing international and domestic commitments.
Coordinate complex global travel arrangements itineraries and logistics.
Communicate confidently with clients partners and senior stakeholders while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
Prepare correspondence presentations and documents with outstanding accuracy tone and context.
Manage communications across Outlook Teams WeChat WhatsApp and Microsoft Office with knowledge of InDesign considered beneficial.
Oversee aspects of personal support including travel property coordination and household organisation.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

About You

Degree educated with a strong academic background.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished correspondence and represent the Director with confidence.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or founders within fast paced creative or design led environments.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and support effectively.
Confident composed and consistently professional.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools with familiarity in InDesign considered an advantage.
Culturally aware with a genuine interest in architecture art design and high quality lifestyle sectors.
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to support across international time zones when needed.
