A high-profile international Architecture and Design practice is searching for an experienced People/HR Generalist to join their London studio on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to operate as a trusted strategic partner while shaping an inclusive and inspiring workplace. You’ll advise leaders on organisational development, employee relations, and broader people strategy. You’ll ensure compliance with UK employment and immigration law, lead on ER matters in line with best practice and guidelines, and oversee compensation, benefits, and immigration processes. You’ll also advise leaders on organisational development while also overseeing day-to-day People operations.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally within a creative or fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5+ is essential (Level 7 preferred). Ideally, you’ll bring knowledge of UK employment and immigration law. You should be data-driven, confident working with senior leaders, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
