A well-respected architecture and masterplanning practice seeks a confident Senior Bid Coordinator / Bid Manager to join its team for a circa 8-10 week contract.

Working closely with Directors, Architects and Urban Designers, you will lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids, tenders and framework applications across a diverse portfolio of housing, regeneration and large-scale masterplanning projects.

This role will suit an experienced bid professional with a strong understanding of the built environment and a proven ability to manage complex submissions from inception to completion.

Previous experience within an architecture, urban design, masterplanning or engineering practice is preferred, along with excellent writing and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a creative, design-led studio delivering projects that shape communities across the UK and internationally.

Advanced Adobe InDesign skills are a pre-requisite.
