Dependable Studio Coordinator for award-winning Architecture studio
A well-regarded architecture and design practice is seeking a dependable Studio Coordinator to join its friendly London team.
This key position sits at the heart of a busy creative studio, providing vital support across administration, HR coordination, and light PA duties. As a primary point of contact for visitors and collaborators, you’ll help ensure the studio operates smoothly while fostering a warm, organised, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Finance Manager by processing staff expenses and maintaining receipt records
Assist in maintaining accurate information in project management and HR systems
Help oversee studio facilities, supplies, and general day-to-day upkeep
Provide administrative support to project teams as required
Coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and shared calendars
Assist with planning CPD sessions, training, and studio social events
Support the employee life cycle, including onboarding, inductions, and work-experience placements
Assist with volunteering programmes and wider studio initiatives
Help schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and liaise with clients
Offer reception cover when needed, ensuring a polished and welcoming front-of-house presence
About you
2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role within an architecture or design-focused environment (essential)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Confident, warm, and professional communicator
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team
