Interior Architect/Architect, £65K - £75K package Permanent, Full-time, Central London

Design Management role - Interior Architect/Architect with Revit skills

We’re looking for a talented, Workplace focused Interior Architect/Architect with strong Revit skills who’s ready to take the next step in their career and transition into Design Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic workplace provider that’s reshaping how people experience the office life. In this role, you’ll be working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and deliver innovative workplace design solutions. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing Revit-based design documentation, supporting the journey from concept through to completion, and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout the process.

As you grow within the role, you’ll begin to take on more responsibilities typical of a Design Manager – overseeing design quality, coordinating with project teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.

We’re looking for someone with circa 5 years’ experience in commercial interiors or workplace design, who is confident in Revit and understands BIM workflows. You’ll need to be a strong communicator, highly organised, and passionate about creating spaces that support productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration.

You’ll join a collaborative, design-led team with a clear pathway into Design Management. You’ll have access to exciting projects, flexible working options, and ongoing professional development in a culture that values creativity, autonomy, and impact.

If you’re ready to evolve your design career and help shape the future of the workplace, please apply ASAP.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
