Detail-Oriented Bid Coordinator
A renowned architecture studio is looking for a skilled and motivated Bid Coordinator to join its expanding London office. This central position will focus on winning new projects, managing polished bid submissions, and supporting the practice’s wider communications. The successful candidate will have proven experience in bid coordination within the architecture or built environment sector, alongside excellent organisational, communication and design skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver bid and tender submissions from inception to completion.
Draft, refine and compile tailored content, such as CVs and case studies.
Work closely with Directors, partners and teams to source information.
Ensure all submissions are accurate, brand-consistent and delivered on time.
Contribute to marketing, awards, presentations and related communications.
Oversee the bid tracker, library and central content database.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years’ experience in bids coordination within architecture or professional services.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading ability with excellent attention to detail.
Skilled in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with confident layout ability.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable balancing multiple deadlines.
