A dynamic West London based housing provider that specialises in shared ownership homes is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing & Communications team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a central role in delivering results-focused activity, ensuring campaigns are innovative, measurable, and aligned to business goals.

The role will involve:

Developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads

Running targeted digital campaigns across paid, organic, and social media channels

Exploring new technologies, tools, and AI to optimise performance and efficiency

Managing impactful campaigns to drive sales for new homes

Supporting award submissions, tenders, and client presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

2 to 5 years’ experience in digital marketing (experience in housing, property, or estate agency highly desirable, though other sectors considered)

Strong track record in lead generation and campaign optimisation

Confidence in using digital tools, analytics platforms, and emerging AI solutions

Excellent project management skills and a collaborative, creative mindset
