A progressive London-based housing provider, specialising in shared ownership properties, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join its expanding Marketing & Communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven marketing professional ready to step into a central role, shaping brand visibility, delivering campaigns, and leading on activity that generates quality leads.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager will serve as a vital connection across different business areas, ensuring clear messaging and tangible results.

The role will involve:

Shaping and delivering marketing strategies across the full spectrum of activity

Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and digital content

Delivering targeted digital campaigns using contemporary social media channels

Managing impactful campaigns to generate qualified leads for new homes

Coordinating award submissions, tenders, and public/client presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing

Experience in housing, property, or the built environment is imperative

Strong project management skills and a confident, creative approach to communication

Proficiency in InDesign and/or Photoshop (highly advantageous)

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams
