Exceptional Executive Assistant for HNWI – West London
A HNW owner of a design studio seeks and EA to provide high-level support to both them and their family. This is a rare opportunity for a highly articulate, culturally aware, and impeccably organised professional to play a pivotal role within a globally respected design practice. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will act as a trusted partner to the owner, ensuring both professional and personal affairs run seamlessly across multiple international projects and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive diary and inbox management, balancing international and domestic priorities.
Coordinate complex global travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Liaise confidently with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, maintaining composure and discretion at all times.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents with exceptional written accuracy, tone, and context.
Manage communications across Outlook, Teams, WeChat, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office; proficiency in InDesign is advantageous.
Oversee elements of personal support, including travel, property coordination, and household management.
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
About You
Degree-educated, with a strong academic foundation.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to craft polished correspondence and represent the Director with confidence.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership or founders within fast-paced, creative, or design-focused environments.
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and “manage upwards.”
Confident, composed, and highly professional demeanour.
Technically adept across Microsoft Office and related tools; familiarity with InDesign is an advantage.
Culturally aware, with genuine interest in architecture, art, design, and the finer things in life.
Flexible and adaptable, able to support across international time zones when required.
