To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or creative directors within dynamic organisations, preferably within architecture and design.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and “manage upwards.”
A confident, composed communication style, able to liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, design-led environment.
Proven competence across Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
