Are you an experienced HR Manager, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, keen to join an award-winning Architecture and Interior Design practice on a 14-month maternity cover contract?

With a team of approximately 100+ designers, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional to play a key role in supporting people and culture.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, providing expert guidance on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing initiatives, and HR compliance.

As the ideal candidate you will have proven generalist HR experience, strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, and the confidence to work autonomously within a creative, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience within architecture, design, consultancy, or professional services would be highly advantageous. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
