An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a highly regarded Architecture and Interior Design practice on a 14-month maternity cover contract.

Supporting a talented team of over 100 design professionals, you will be instrumental in driving the people agenda and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Daily you will be working closely with senior leadership, and you will lead on all aspects of HR. Key responsibilities will include, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, and HR policies.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished HR generalist, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience operating independently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience within architecture, design, consultancy, engineering, or professional services would be particularly beneficial.
