A well-established architecture practice in Central London is seeking a proactive and commercially astute Finance Manager to join the team on a part-time basis.

Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of the practice, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring robust financial processes are in place. This position is suited to someone who takes initiative, adds value beyond the numbers, and operates with a forward-thinking mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day financial management, reporting, and controls
• Partnering with the Director to support financial planning and business strategy
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensuring efficient financial processes and system management
• Providing clear financial insights to support project and business performance

About you:

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally within architecture, design, or a professional services environment
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Experience using CMAP is essential
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
