Friendly, Organised Studio Administrator for Award-Winning Architecture Practice
An award-winning architecture practice is looking for a Studio Administrator to join its supportive team in London. This is a varied role at the heart of the studio, where you’ll combine front-of-house duties with wider administrative and team support. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organised, approachable, and enjoys making a busy creative workplace run smoothly.
As Studio Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors while also assisting directors, project teams, and the wider practice behind the scenes. From keeping diaries on track and supporting appraisals to helping with events and day-to-day studio organisation, no two days will look the same.
Key responsibilities include:
– Assisting the Finance Manager with staff expenses and receipts
– Supporting project teams with administration and facilities management
– Helping to organise QA meetings and keep project management systems updated
– Assisting with company meetings, appraisals, CPDs, and social events
– Updating policies, guidance, and HR processes
– Coordinating volunteering initiatives, work experience placements, and studio activities
– Providing light PA support to Directors, including diary and travel arrangements
– Covering reception and ensuring a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience
What we’re looking for:
– 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
– Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign a bonus)
– Clear, confident communication skills with a friendly manner
– A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to multitask
– Previous experience in a creative or architectural environment is desirable
