A leading international architecture practice, recognised globally for its design excellence and award‑winning portfolio, is seeking a dynamic Head of New Business to support the continued growth of its Dubai studio. With an expanding presence across the Middle East, we are looking for a commercially minded strategist who can help shape the next chapter of our regional development.

In this senior role, you will lead business development across the GCC, identify opportunities within key markets including mixed‑use, cultural, hospitality, and large‑scale urban projects. You will cultivate relationships with developers, government bodies, consultants, and partners, while positioning the studio’s design vision within a competitive and fast‑moving landscape. Working closely with regional and global leadership, you will drive high‑quality submissions, lead targeted outreach, and develop strategies that align with both local market dynamics and the wider practice’s ambitions.

The ideal candidate brings strong regional networks, deep knowledge of the Middle Eastern built‑environment sector, and a proven track record winning major work within architecture, design, or professional services. They should also be confident, proactive, culturally aware, and energised by the pace and ambition of the region.
