Hybrid Contract role – Local Council seeks AutoCAD skilled ARB registered Architect

Are you an ARB-registered Architect seeking an exciting new challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive local council team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects that make a real difference to the community. From library extensions and school developments to the restoration of listed buildings, you’ll be involved in a wide range of small to medium-sized schemes that are both rewarding and varied.

We are looking for a strong all-rounder with proven experience in leading projects from planning stages through to completion. You should be confident in managing contract administration and overseeing delivery on site, ensuring technical excellence at every stage. A solid working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, and familiarity with Revit would be a distinct advantage. A flexible working arrangement is offered with hybrid options—typically spending 50% of your time in the office or on site. This is an ongoing contract role, offering stability and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a close-knit team environment. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and bring your expertise to an established council setting, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply today with your most up-to-date CV and a selection of work samples in PDF format.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
