Are you a proactive and technically skilled Project Architect looking to make a meaningful impact? This role would suit a talented Architect with 5–10 years of industry experience, strong project-running capabilities, and a solid track record in both the design and delivery of buildings. In this role, you’ll take the lead on façade remediation projects, while also contributing to new build Housing schemes. You’ll collaborate closely with senior colleagues and external consultants, managing projects from early concept through to construction and completion. While Revit proficiency is beneficial, as the ideal candidate you will bring robust construction knowledge, a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations, and familiarity with CDM duties. Experience across all RIBA stages is essential, with particular strength in Stages 2–4. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and promoting knowledge sharing across the studio.
