Junior Studio Manager Sought for Prestigious Architecture Practice

A prestigious and award-winning architecture practice is looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Studio Manager to join their growing support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and a passion for working in a creative, design-led environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting studio operations, HR processes, and project administration, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Finance Manager with staff expenses and receipt tracking

Organise QA and design management meetings (ISO/WREN/checklists)

Maintain and update the studio’s project management system (Rapport3), HR records, and databases

Provide administrative support to project teams

Assist with studio facilities management

Coordinate company-wide meetings, appraisals, and calendar management

Support planning of in-house CPD sessions, social events, and volunteering initiatives

Assist with updating company policies and supporting the employee lifecycle

Help coordinate work experience placements and studio events

Provide limited PA support to Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Provide reception cover and maintain a well-organised, welcoming studio environment

Support the front-of-house team with administrative and telephone duties

About You

2-3 years’ experience in studio administration within an architecture practice is imperative

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); InDesign experience is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a busy creative team

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
