Lead Document Controller/Team Coordinator (Engineering & Architecture)
An established and reputable engineering practice is looking for an organised Lead Document Controller/Team Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a varied position which combines team coordination, administrative support and overall responsibility for document control across a range of high-profile projects.

The role involves support Directors and project teams with diary management, meetings, presentations and general administration, while leading document control processes through online portals and EDMS platforms. The role requires ensuring project information is accurate, compliant, and up to date, and you will be a key point of contact for internal teams, clients and consultants.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in document control, information management or team coordination within engineering, architecture or the built environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, and experience with document management systems are essential.
