This internationally recognized workspace provider has opened up a brand new Development Manager vacancy in its highly agile and fast-paced Design and Development team. This role will be focused on you driving and leading key projects forward to completion.

Day to day you will be liaising with key internal stakeholders whilst managing the external consultant teams to deliver new schemes, on time and on budget. Ideally you will be coming from a consultancy or contractor background offering valuable transferable skills. A good understanding of the commercial property market is preferred along with experience of successful project/development management in the UK.

Ideally you will have post graduate professional experience in project management and/or development, as well as a track record of delivering outstanding design-led projects.
