New Business Manager

A forward-thinking, design-focused London architecture practice is seeking a New Business Manager to lead its growth across Asia (including the Arabian Peninsula), Africa, and Oceania. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious professional to shape international business development where design, strategy and communications intersect.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in bids or business development within architecture or the wider design industry. Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite and digital or social media platforms is required. A strategic mindset, coupled with a proactive and personable approach, will be key to success in this high-profile position.

About You:

You will be experienced in bids or business development (at least four years) within architecture or interiors.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident in client interactions, able to build and sustain relationships across different regions, and combine strategic thinking with commercial awareness and creativity.

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple deadlines with accuracy while remaining collaborative and approachable.

You will demonstrate excellent writing, editing and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

You should be confident in producing compelling bids, proposals and submissions, and adept at using digital tools and social media to support business development.

The role requires the ability to analyse opportunities and offer strategic, evidence-based recommendations, as well as the confidence to lead cross-team collaboration and coordinate complex processes.
