Operations Manager for Award-Winning Urban Architecture Practice

Located close to the bustling heart of the city, Place Careers are collaborating with a renowned and innovative architecture practice who are on the search for a well-rounded, confident Operations Manager to join the senior leadership of the practice.

This dynamic, in-studio position involves managing every facet of the studio’s daily operations while collaborating with the directors to develop long-term strategic goals. Responsibilities span all aspects of studio operations, including line management of one practice coordinator, assisting the finance manager with tracking budgets, participating in HR and new business initiatives, and more.

The ideal candidate will bring significant support experience from the built environment industry, whether directly in architecture or through related disciplines such as interiors. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be a confident communicator across all levels of seniority.
