The ideal candidate will be confident and proactive — equally comfortable managing day-to-day studio operations, supporting project teams, or assisting directors with scheduling and correspondence.

– Draft and respond to correspondence as required

– Support with scheduling, document preparation, and client communications

General Studio Support

– Cover reception duties when needed, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence

– Provide telephone and general administrative support across the team

This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated Studio Administrator or Junior PA who enjoys variety and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be joining a welcoming team that values initiative, professionalism, and collaboration — with genuine scope for progression as the studio continues to grow.
