The role offers excellent scope for growth, professional development, and long-term progression within a supportive, design-driven setting. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the studio — fostering an inclusive, efficient, and engaging workplace where people can thrive.

– Oversee Health & Safety compliance and coordinate insurance renewals

– Support leadership in maintaining office systems, policies, and procedures

– Manage supplier and contractor relationships and oversee operational budgets

– Coordinate internal communications and assist with company-wide announcements

– Help organise team events, wellbeing initiatives, and social activities

HR Support & Development

– Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation

– Support recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for new employees

– Coordinate appraisals, training, and professional development programmes

– Assist with payroll information and HR reporting

– Gain hands-on experience in HR compliance and processes, with the opportunity for formal HR training as the role grows

What We’re Looking For

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a studio, operations, or management role within a creative or engineering practice

– Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

– Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and connecting with others

– Professional, discreet, and approachable with a proactive, can-do attitude

– Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems or software an advantage

– Genuine interest in building HR experience and developing long-term in this area

We also welcome applications from talented Junior Studio Managers or Studio Coordinators ready to step up — this role offers excellent scope for professional development and growth within a respected, design-led environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Studio Manager who enjoys creating structure, supporting people, and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking team. You’ll join a friendly, ambitious studio that values initiative, encourages growth, and provides genuine opportunities to develop your HR and operational expertise.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
