A highly regarded, London-based creative organisation is seeking an experienced Senior PR & Communications Manager to lead its public relations and communications function. This is a standout opportunity for a strategic, media-savvy professional ready to take ownership of brand reputation, thought leadership, and high-profile communications in a fast-paced, international environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Senior PR & Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping messaging, managing media relationships, and leading communications across traditional, digital, and social channels, including involvement in issues and crisis communications.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering an integrated PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning

Building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key external stakeholders

Planning, drafting, and overseeing approval of press releases, media statements, speeches, Q&As, and related PR materials

Preparing organisational spokespeople for key announcements, media interviews, and public-facing events

Designing and executing creative PR campaigns and events to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and positive share of voice

Monitoring media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging issues, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Supporting issues management, crisis response protocols, and rapid communications when required

Working closely with in-house creative teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity

Managing external PR and communications agencies

Overseeing brand presence across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Line

Leading internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organisation

The successful candidate will have:

A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline

Significant experience in a senior PR or communications role, typically 7+ years in PR with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity

A strong track record delivering integrated PR and media campaigns across print, broadcast, online, and social channels

Proven experience managing high-profile announcements and sensitive or complex communications issues

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences

Strong people leadership skills, with experience developing teams in fast-paced, creative environments

A solid understanding of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and PR measurement tools
