Part II Architect with a Business Development Focus

An award-winning architecture practice is seeking a design-literate, sustainability-minded architectural communicator to assist in both their design, and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architect to learn the full business development lifecycle: bid writing, marketing campaigns, PR, and client communications. This is a chance to pivot from strictly architecture into a more strategic or communications-focused and project management role.

Project Management Support:

Oversee or assist with design development, bid tracking, and client/project coordination.

Development & Marketing:

Help prepare bids and submissions (writing, layout, coordination).

Manage a bid tracker, research opportunities, and identify events or competitions.

Write about architecture and sustainability (articles, award entries, or website content).

Creative & Design Input:

Contribute to project briefs and early-stage concept design.

Communicate design ideas clearly (in words and visuals).

Collaboration: Work closely with the directors and the grounded team to develop strategy and content for bids and marketing.
