A busy design studio in Bloomsbury is looking for a personable and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role where they can make a real impact, working closely with the IT Manager to keep the studio’s systems and technology running seamlessly.

We’re seeking someone not only with solid technical skills but also the right personal qualities: approachable, reliable, and practical, with a genuine interest in IT and problem-solving. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who values stability and wants to grow with the studio over time, becoming a trusted part of the team and culture.

Key responsibilities include:

– Providing face-to-face and remote IT support to staff

– Diagnosing and resolving issues on MacOS devices quickly and effectively

– Supporting hardware maintenance, updates, and accurate inventory records

– Troubleshooting basic network issues and logging requests

– Administering and troubleshooting Office 365 (including Exchange and Teams)

– Assisting with IT administration, stock, and consumables

– Setting up equipment for new starters, meetings, and presentations

– Administering and overseeing a Jamf environment

– Maintaining accurate software and hardware records

– Providing clear and simple guidance to colleagues with non-technical backgrounds

– Supporting management with ad hoc IT-related tasks

What we’re looking for:

– Proven IT support experience, ideally within a creative or design-led environment

– Strong working knowledge of MacOS and Office 365

– Familiarity with Jamf, SME cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox), VOIP systems, or NAS an advantage

– Excellent problem-solving skills with a resourceful, hands-on approach

– Strong organisation and communication skills, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively

– A personable, positive outlook with the ability to explain technical issues simply

– An interest in design and creative industries is warmly welcomed

– Someone seeking longevity in their next role, who will enjoy becoming a consistent and trusted member of the studio team

This is a 100% office-based role for 3 days per week (must include Wednesday).

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable, and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
