People Manager for Renowned International Architecture Practice

A high-profile, industry-leading architecture practice is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their London office. The practice is vibrant and sociable, with global reach, and is offering an immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis.

In this position, you would be responsible for shaping a lively and inclusive company culture, collaborating with management as a strategic partner, and advising leaders on people-related matters such as organisational development and employee relations. The role also involves working closely with two smaller offices in the middle east as their People Manager.

The successful candidate has extensive experience in HR Management, ideally in the architecture or built environment sectors, and is comfortable working closely with senior leaders from strategy to day-to-day people management. A strong practical knowledge of UK immigration and employment law is essential, as is CIPD Level 5+ (level 7 is ideal).
