We’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join a busy London design studio three days a week. Working closely with the IT Manager, you’ll provide face-to-face and remote support, helping colleagues keep systems and devices running smoothly.

This role is varied — from troubleshooting MacOS and Office 365 to setting up equipment, maintaining records, and keeping the studio’s tech organised. You’ll also be on hand to explain technical processes simply and clearly, making life easier for the whole team.

We’re looking for:

– Proven IT support experience with MacOS and Office 365

– Confidence troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networks

– Familiarity with Jamf, VOIP, or SME cloud storage (Dropbox) a bonus

– Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

– A personable, resourceful approach and a genuine interest in design and creative industries
