A well-established London-based architecture and design studio is seeking an ambitious Project Architect with at least 3 years post Part III experience looking to develop their technical expertise on high-value private residential projects.

This position will assist the right candidate on their professional journey with a clear career progression path and experience with some of London’s most exclusive clients.

Responsibilities

You will work across all RIBA stages with a strong focus on:

– Planning applications and detailed design development

-Production of comprehensive construction packages

-Coordination of consultants (M&E, Structural, Interior Designers)

-Site attendance and technical resolution during construction

-Building Regulations and statutory compliance

-Contribution to CAD standards and technical refinement

You will report directly to a Senior Associate & the Director and gain exposure to client interaction and contractor coordination.

About you

-Qualified Part III Architect with 3+ years’ experience

-Strong technical detailing experience

-Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)

-Working knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent 3D software

-Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes

-Experience in high-end residential preferred
