An established London based Development team is seeking to expand. We are looking for a contractor with strong AutoCAD skills for an initial 12‑week remote assignment. In this role, you will contribute to RIBA Stages 3–4 on a new data centre/warehouse project located on the outskirts of London. There is potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial term. To be considered, please submit your CV along with relevant work samples. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks, previous experience at post‑planning stages, and immediate availability are essential requirements. This position offers remote, or hybrid working arrangements.
