This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with business development experience ideally within the built environment, architecture and/or real estate sectors.

You will be a senior level team member working closely with the New Business Director, contributing to the growth of the studio. In particular you will be focusing on creative installations and building new relationships within the UK, USA and Middle East markets.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying new clients and opportunities, generating leads, and growing the studio’s network to secure new business and driving opportunities through to fruition.

On a day to day basis you will be working independently as well as with the New Business Director, you both will be responsible for and will implement targeted business development activities and driving future growth.

As the ideal candidate you will be switched-on, passionate and energetic about global architecture and the arts; in addition you will have gained valuable experience in a previous business development role within the built environment, architecture and/or real estate sectors and will have a wealth of knowledge to share.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including 25 days of holiday per year. The role is open to remote work with travel to USA, Middle East and to the North West of the UK.
