This well-established architectural practice with multiple offices across the Midlands are looking for an architectural technician or technologist with at least 7 years of post-qualification UK based experience who also posseses solid knowledge of current and up to date UK Building Regulations. 

You will undertake a long-term role working as part of a team within the residential sector. It would also include working alongside the wider team within the commercial and conservation sectors across all RIBA Stages. 

You must be proficient in Revit, able to produce accurate technical drawings and detailed working drawing packages, have excellent detailing skills and be able to collate, organise, investigate and produce technical information for use during the development of the project design. AutoCAD and NBS Create experience is desirable but not essential. 

Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, MCIAT would be desirable but not essential since training and mentoring opportunities to achieve accreditations would be available.
