Senior Sales Manager for Scintillating, Friendly Team
We are thrilled to collaborate with one of the leading firms in the built environment tech sector to help their wonderful firm find a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager to establish an inaugural sales team alongside the founding director.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead new business and sales efforts, working closely with the founding director to develop and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth.
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success and meeting regular biannual targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least three years of experience in the built environment or a closely related industry. They will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition to a competitive starting salary, the total remunerative package will include uncapped performance-related bonuses, healthcare, and more.
